You're probably wondering how to rip music from Google Play Music. Well, if so, you should know that you can make use of Play Music Exporter, the app that lets you download songs from the online music streaming service belonging to the Californian giant.

A rootless Play Music Exporter? We're afraid not

That's the only drawback about using this app (it couldn't be perfect)... and it can be quite tedious for many of us having to root our Android if we want to make use of this kind of tool but, of course, we're talking about an app that can go against many sorts of intellectual property rights.

With a very simple user interface, the application can export in MP3 format any song in our library on the online platform to our phone's internal storage. We'll only have to press any of the tracks we want to download. And it works regardless of your musical tastes: you can download songs by Queen or even the latest hits performed by Maluma or Justin Bieber.

You obviously won't find this APK on Google Play so you'll have to download it from Malavida. However, it's up to you how to use it: remember that there are copyrights and things like that.

Requirements and additional information:

  • Requires a rooted device.
  • Minimum operating system requirements: Android 5.0.
  • The installation of the app by means of the APK file requires the activation of the "Unknown sources" option within Settings>Applications.
